Kourtney Kardashian Wore a Hot-Pink Leather Jacket and Jorts for "Barbie"

It has become something of an unspoken agreement among Barbie moviegoers to dress appropriately for the occasion—with appropriately being defined as anything and everything pink. When Kourtney Kardashian watched the Greta Gerwig film, she made sure to live up to that expectation.

The Poosh founder recently shared a look at her hot-pink movie theater outfit via her Instagram Story. The daring maternity ensemble included a slouchy oversize leather jacket in a bold hot pink, along with a pair of matching baggy jorts, which she wore slightly unzipped to make room for her growing baby bump. Kardashian finished the look with her signature black accents: a body-hugging top that hugged the curves of her belly, a pair of leather knee-high pointed-toe boots, and large rectangular sunglasses.

“Took the girls to see Barbie,” she captioned the picture. “Had very strict instructions to wear my pink jorts.”

This isn’t the first time Kardashian has embraced this season’s resurgent Barbiecore trend during her pregnancy.

On her Hawaiian babymoon with husband Travis Barker earlier this month, the reality TV mogul shared several photos of her tropical getaway wardrobe—one of which also featured a hot-pink outfit. At the time, Kardashian posed in a slinky asymmetrical dress featuring a nearly waist-high leg slit and huge sculptural cutouts all over the chest, stomach, and thigh. Colorful wooden balls cinched the fabric of the cutouts together. She accessorized the summery look with a pale yellow wide-brim straw hat.
